I’ve got a bit of an interesting background – part Jamaican, part Yorkshire. My journey into macrame kicked off in the most unexpected way. Picture this: a vacation in Cancun, surrounded by those boho beach huts, their walls adorned with mesmerising macrame art. That was the spark that ignited my passion!

Bringing a slice of Cancun back to Yorkshire became my mission, but there’s more to it than just aesthetics. Macrame turned into a powerful tool for enhancing my mental well-being. The soothing, mindful nature of creating intricate knots became my refuge from stress. And I have to admit, it’s pretty addictive too – in the best way possible!
